Mana Fitness offers small, personable group fitness classes instructed by certified personal fitness trainers.  We focus on getting you moving with proper form and technique to avoid injuries.  Classes are motivating, challenging and keep you coming back for more!  

Classes are designed for all fitness levels including options and modifications.  We want every member to succeed in their fitness goals.
